“Awakening Your Light Body” is a guided-meditation course that is the foundation of all the LuminEssence light body work. Also called “Birth into Light.” With six 3-hour classes, one a month ($35), you learn the 7 vibrational energy body centers that run along your spine, which are an octave more subtle than the chakras. After harmonizing these, you then awaken and anchor your 3 light body centers. The result is greatly increased awareness, and a much higher ability to live in harmony without stress and to manifest whatever you wish with ease. Classes are experiential. Home study CDs are supplemental. They were produced by the light body school of DaBen and Orin (Duane Packer and Sanaya Roman). They give you a direct connection to DaBen and Orin.
